Risen Savior Mission - Parish Evangelism
Have you ever noticed the joy of children when they receive a new toy. They run around to show and tell everyone who will stop and share that joy with him. We as children of God should fell no different than those children. We have received something of such great magnitude that we cannot help but show and tell others of what God did for us through Jesus Christ. Through the sacrifice of Christ, we have the gift of eternal life, a restore relationship with our Creator forever.
At Lutheran Church of The Risen Savior,
we realize that Christians do not necessarily know how to show or
proclaim that love. Just as a child may need to be shown how to assemble
or use the new toy, the children of God need help to find ways to show
that joy. The Lutheran Church of the Risen Savior is dedicated to be
intentional in equipping its members to live out and show the joy and
peace that comes only through Jesus Christ.
We not only have many ministries to help in that function, but provide
member training and Bible study opportunities to develop their Christian
witness. Our intention is to live out our lives of discipleship in
response to the love that Christ shows us, not only by his sacrifice on
the cross but as he walks with us everyday.
