Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download. However, one of their latest versions - Version 9, has many "buggy" issues, as several blogs and forums indicate. There is now a Version 10 and it seems to have solved the problems.
If you receive an error such as: "There was an error processing a page.
There was a problem reading this document."
OR
"An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page
correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to
correct the problem."
AVOID updating to Version 9- instead update to Version 10. If the PDFs within this web site are not viewing properly for you,
just download to your hard drive by clicking on the icon at upper left
corner that looks like a floppy disk. It will save to your hard drive
and should be viewable without any problems. (If you're
inconvenienced, please upgrade to Version 10.)
