Parish Publicity, do you know what that is? We have a team of people who work on producing Radio Programs and public service announcements on KGVY, updating and maintaining the LCRS website, work with the newspaper on weekly ads and special advertising.  We are looking for some new members for the Team.  If you would be interested in learning more, call the office at 625-2612.
Transportation Ministry- New Ministry Coordinator: Von Knight More  volunteers  are required so this ministry can continue to be the valuable resource that it has been. Transportation  volunteers  are  called upon  to  help  our  members  get to medical  appointments  and  LCRS events and worship. The  Transportation  Coordinator  is equipped  with  the  names  and  phone numbers  of  those  who  have specifically volunteered  for  this ministry  as  well  as  a  list  of  our members  by  sub-division.  Please consider helping your literal neighbor if called upon. Do you need a ride? Please call ONE WEEK  in  advance  so  there  is adequate time to get a volunteer for you.

Let’s watch the Lord guide her 1-year ministry in Thailand!
Morning Scripture Morning Scripture and Prayers are read Monday- Thursday at 8:00AM in the Narthex.  A daily order is followed – anyone may lead – and whoever is here at that time is welcome to participate.  This is a corporate devotional time, we gather at the baptismal font, and each session last about five minutes.  If you are on campus, please join us!
Maybe you?  We have new members, and we are looking for new member “sponsors”.  If you would like to “walk alongside” these people for a few months to help acclimate them to Risen Savior, and introduce them to others, please speak with Pastor Stieve.  Thank You!
July 26th we recognize and thank God for the faithful service of Mac MacGowan during his three terms as Congregation/Board Chairman.  Additional responsibilities he took on included oversight of “More Room for Ministry” (or More Room for the Minister, as he put it); the new HVAC system; the solar panels; and numerous meetings and communications concerning the new organ. Thanks, Mac– God bless you!
